We’re delighted and very grateful that Make your Mark on Cancer will take place again this year starting at the Viaduct on the 19th July!
Make Your Mark 2026, is a 22km sponsored walk held in memory of Mark Prendergast, who sadly lost his battle with Testicular Cancer in June 2012.
Since its inception in 2012, ‘Make Your Mark on Cancer’ has raised over €622,000.
The 22km walk begins at The Viaduct Inn on Sunday 19th July 2026 and ends in the Town Hall in Bandon.
Everyone is welcome to join the walk – you can even dress up if you like! We are committed to securing funding to support current, former and future cancer patients and their families at the Mercy Hospital.
Online registration for Make Your Mark on Cancer has now closed.
You can still take part however, by registering in person on Saturday 18th in Bandon Town Hall between 10am and 2pm or from 8am on Sunday at the Viaduct.
